Occupancy and Guest Responsibility

• Primary guest must be at least 18 years old and present valid government-issued ID at or before check-in when requested.
• Maximum occupancy is limited to the number shown on the listing and/or booking confirmation. Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted to stay overnight.
• The primary guest is responsible for the conduct of all occupants and visitors and for complying with house rules and building regulations.

Use of Premises

• Residential use only. Parties, events, or commercial activities are not permitted.
• Please observe quiet hours and any posted building rules. Excessive noise, nuisance, or illegal activity may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the property. Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning or remediation fees.
• Pets are only allowed if expressly authorized in writing prior to arrival and may be subject to additional fees.

Check-in, Check-out, and Access

• Check-in and check-out times are as stated in your confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur fees.
• Do not duplicate or share keys/access codes without authorization. Lost keys or access devices may incur replacement costs.
• Management and authorized personnel may enter the property with reasonable notice for maintenance, safety checks, or to address emergencies.

Care of Property and Damages

• Please report any issues promptly. Guests are liable for damage, loss, or excessive cleaning resulting from misuse or negligence.
• A security deposit or card pre-authorization may be required and used to cover unpaid charges or damages in accordance with applicable law.

Payments, Fees, and Cancellations

• Rates, taxes, and fees (including cleaning and security deposit where applicable) are shown at booking. Local tourist or occupancy taxes may apply.
• Cancellations and modifications are governed by the policy displayed at the time of booking and summarized in your confirmation.

Compliance and Liability

• Guests must comply with all applicable laws and building regulations, including health and safety rules.
• Personal belongings are the guest’s responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the property and management are not liable for loss, theft, or injury resulting from misuse or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
• Guests are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.

Personal data provided for the purpose of booking and stay management is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where required by local regulations, guest identification details may be securely collected and shared with competent authorities.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any dispute arising from the stay or these terms will be handled under the governing law and jurisdiction of the property’s location, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
